We Can't Wait To Meet You

SUNDAYS AT 10:00 AM

New to Ashland Community Church?

You might be wondering, what's it really like at Ashland Community Church? Simply stated, we're all about Jesus. You won't be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. And we don't care how you're dressed or what candidate you voted for. Our church is made up of imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable.

Want to know the best part? No matter what you've been through or what questions you might have about God and faith, our church is a place where you'll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus offers to everyone.

What Can I Expect?

Our worship service is about 65 minutes. Our free coffee bar is open at about 9:45 am and our service begins at 10:00 am with the Ashland Community band leading the church in music. Song lyrics are projected on the screen so you can sing along and worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of the service is complete, our pastor will share a relevant, encouraging and hope-filled message that is easy to understand.

Sundays at Ashland Community Church are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What about My Kids?

We believe kids should have a blast at church every week - and at Ashland Community Church, we make this a priority. Your child's safety is also our priority. Our signs and our greeter's make it easy to locate our ToddlerZone for infants - age 5 (led by Kara Hamill) and our KidZone for grades K-5 (taught by Debbie Madden). ToddlerZone and KidZone meet during the worship hour.  ToddlerZone goes directly to their classes.  Our KidZone students stay for our worship songs with the adults in the worship center, and then are dismissed to their classes during the sermon.

We also have a new YouthZone class for grades 6-12. Our YouthZone students stay for the worship songs with the adults in the worship center and then dismissed to there class during the sermon

Meet Our Pastor

Ernie Madden is the lead pastor at Ashland Community Church. In the summer of 2011, Ernie arrived at Ashland Community with a vision for a different kind of church - one where everyone can belong, even before they believe - a church where people with little to no church background will feel welcome and comfortable.

Ernie is originally from Seekonk, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Barrington College and Liberty University Theological Seminary. He has twelve years of experience as a youth pastor, and twenty-three years as a senior pastor in New Hampshire and Maine. He is married to his wife, Debbie, and has three sons, two daughters and four grandchildren.
