PRAYER – Toward the end of our closing song, 2 people from our prayer ministry team will come up to the right of the stage to offer prayer for anyone who would like to speak with them. They will hang around for a few minutes after the service in case anyone needs prayer. We also have a prayer time every Sunday before the early worship service @ 8:30 am in front of the stage in the worship center. Our focus during that time is for our church and for any personal concerns that you may want to share.
BAPTISMS AND FOOD! – Our next baptism and testimony day is scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd. We already have 6 people planning to be baptized. Please let Ernie know if you are interested in being baptized on that day. We will also be celebrating Cinco De Mayo (2 days early) with a breakfast bar at 8:30 and a pot luck lunch at noon.
SMALL GROUPS – We now have 15 small groups to choose from – including our newest studies – “Financial Peace University” and “What On Earth Am I Here For?” We expect to have 3 groups for the “What On Earth Am I Here For” group and hope to have more than one group for the Financial Peace University” group. Please see Ernie after the worship service today if you are interested in either of these groups- or if you would like a description of any of our groups.
PARKING – Please do not park at the Common Man parking lot if you’re going to the 10:45 service because they start serving lunch at 11 am and we don’t want to keep any of their customers from parking there. Thank you!
FAMILY PHOTOS – Bekah Stout will be taking family (or individual photos) in the friendship room (next to the Toddler Zone) before, after and in-between our worship services.
CANDY FOR YOUTH AND KIDS – The Toddler Zone (Infant – 5 years old) and Kid Zone (K-5th grade) children will be having an Easter egg hunt during their classes, and our Youth Zone (6th-8th grade) kids will be receiving a bag of candy today. If any children or youth (6th-12th grade) do not attend class today, but would like a bag candy, please see Pastor Ernie after the worship service today.
MAPLE SYRUP – We will be giving out free jars of homemade maple syrup from the Phelps family to each household after the worship service today. Just stop by the main exit door to receive your gift.
